If you are using Power BI, or Excel 2016 or later versions, the new ABC Classification pattern includes the ABC dynamic classification with simpler and faster DAX code.

If you are using Excel 2010 or Excel 2013, you have to use the specific ABC Dynamic Classification pattern for Excel 2010/2013, because the newer patterns are not compatible with those Excel versions.
